Thanks for everyone who voted. Go go gadget phone will become a reality once I buy a Power Glove off eBay. For some reason people are bidding on it like crazy and it’s more than what I am willing to pay for. I’ll be sure to post a work blog on the creation of the awesomeness of the go go gadget power phone!
While my pointless project of the year is on hold. I’m working on custom building a arcade fight stick for my PS3. Why buy when you can build? Since Street Fighter 4 was released last week, I purchased a copy. Using the controller to play it is just plain terrible so the only solution left is to get a fight stick. Everyone has been raving about the Mad Catz SF4 Tournament Edition stick but it’s $150. Not willing to spend that much I decided to build one piggy back off the PS3 controller to make a wireless fight stick. I placed an order for the buttons and joystick, hopefully I’ll receive them soon! So exciting!
right now. Anyways, let me elaborate on this a little bit. First, the Power Glove is integrating with an ordinary bluetooth headset thus creating the Inspector Gadget style phone. Since it is bluetooth powered, you can pair it with any modern cellphone. Why would you want this? Because the Power Glove was the rage when it was first released in ’89, every kid living on your block wants this. Heck, even your grandmother who doesn’t know anything about video game wants one. You know it’s awesome when your Power Glove starts ringing.
