  • Six weird things

I’ve been tagged.  This is what I think is weird about me.

    1. I organize my money and other things in my wallet.  I separate the 20s from the other small bills then I group the small bills in the order of 10s, 5s, 1s and fold them in half with the 10s on the inside.  I organize my cards by most used.

    2. I’m a man with few words.  Most of the time I either say a little or just enough in a conversation, I talk more when I’m intoxicated.

    3. I tend to collect things that I don’t need or rarely use.  Such as pens, matches, lighters, magazines, computer parts.  I’ve been pretty good lately about throwing away old magazines.  Even though I’m not a smoker I somehow like to own a few lighters.  I can never resist on taking matches from restaurants.

    4. I have my 3 essential furniture in my apartment.  Desk, bed and bookshelf, I also have a folding card table but I don’t consider that essential, I just use it as a place to put my mail.  Simple as that.

    5. I don’t have a microwave.  Sometimes I cook mostly on weekends, but I finish everything so it eliminates the need for one.  When I shop for groceries I only buy items that I can cook over the stove top or in the oven.  When I eat out, I finish everything so I don’t bring home leftovers.

    6. I find it amusing (for me) to scare the hairs off people.  I only do it to those I know well.  It doesn’t matter if you’re in a brightly lit room, I’ll find a way to scare you.

This is a tough post, I had to think about it for a few days to observe my own behavior.  What seems normal to me can be weird to you.

  • Random morning thoughts

If I get into an accident, I wish it doesn’t happen during rush hour.  When I walked to work this morning I was walking faster than a ambulance because the traffic was so jammed.

Why doesn’t the security guard (the one with the accent) know me?  I worked in the building for 3 years and have seen her numerous times before.  A while back she questioned me of casually walking into the building and asked to see my ID.  Today she asked me again!

The Kellogg’s® Special K® Bar chocolatey drizzle flavor is pretty good, but at only .8 OZ. doesn’t really fill me up.  On the carton it clearly says 1 bar per serving…I’m going to have another.
